《改性大豆磷脂》行业标准

食品添加剂    改性粉末大豆磷脂

本标准规定了改性大豆磷脂的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志、运输及贮存。

本标准适用于以天然大豆磷脂为原料,经过适度乙酰化、羟基化及脱脂后生产的粉粒状产品,用作食品乳化剂、脱模剂、品质改良剂等。

技术要求 

3.1物理性状

本产品为黄色或黄棕色粉粒,极易吸潮,易溶于动植物油,能分散于水,部分溶于乙醇。

4试验方法

除特别注明外,试验中所用试剂均为分析纯试剂,水为蒸馏水或相应纯度的水,溶液为水溶液,仪器设备为一般实验室常用的仪器设备。4.1水分及挥发物的测定

按照GB 5528进行,直接称样供试,采用真空烘箱法。计算和结果的表示:(m1m2)÷m1×100%= X1

式中:X1——水分及挥发物含量,%

m1——烘前试样质量,g

m2——烘后试样质量,g

4.2 苯不溶物的测定

4.2.1 试剂   (GB690)

4.2.2 测定步骤

称取混匀试样10g250mL烧杯中,100mL,摇动直到溶解。用事先在100预热1h干燥称量的G3过滤漏斗过滤。然后每次用25mL苯洗涤烧杯,把洗涤液经过漏斗弃去,共进行2次。把漏斗放在普通烘箱或鼓风的烘箱中,100干燥1h。从烘箱中取出,放在干燥器中冷却到室温,称量。

4.2.3 计算和结果的表示: (m5m4)÷m3×100%X2

式中:X2——苯不溶物含量,%

m3——试样质量,g

m4——漏斗质量,g

m5——漏斗加苯不溶物质量,g

4.3丙酮不溶物的确定

本法采用从产品中扣除丙酮可溶物(X3)、水分及挥发物(X1)和苯不溶物(X2),得丙酮不溶物(X4)

4.3.1 丙酮可溶物的测定

4.3.1.1 试剂

4.3.1.1.1 石油醚(HG3-1003):沸程6090

4.3.1.1.2 丙酮(GB 686)

4.3.1.2 仪器

4.3.1.2.1 离心管:带有50mL标线。

4.3.1.2.2 离心分离机。

4.3.1.3 测定步骤

称取混匀试样2g,称准至0.0005g,放入带有50mL标线的离心管中,3mL石油醚充分搅拌15min,使可溶于石油醚的物质溶解。准确地加入15mL丙酮,充分混合,放在冰浴中,再加丙酮(预冷到05)到离心管上50mL标线处并搅拌。把离心管放在0冰浴中保持15min。在适当的速度下离心15min,使溶液澄清。把离心管上部的丙酮清液倒入事先在100干燥至恒量的250mL烧杯中。另加丙酮到离心管标线处,重复上述步骤,倾丙酮清液于250mL烧杯中。在蒸汽浴或水浴上使丙酮蒸发,然后放在100烘箱中干燥1h,放入干燥器中冷却至室温,称量得丙酮可溶物的质量。

4.3.1.4 计算和结果的表示: (m8 - m7)÷m6 ×100%X3

按式(4)计算丙酮不溶物含量:

 X2——按式(2)计算的苯不溶物含量,%

 X3——按式(3)计算的丙酮可溶物含量,%

4.4酸价的测定

按照 GB 5530规定进行,直接取样供试。

4.5 </B><B>碘价的测定

按照 GB 5532规定进行,直接取样供试。

4.6过氧化值的测定

按照 GB 5538规定的过氧化值测定法进行,直接取样供试。

4.7总砷的测定

按照 GB 5009.11规定的湿法消化及砷斑法进行。

4.8 铅的测定

按照 GB 5009.12操作,用湿法消化

5检验规则

5.1 产品出厂时应由生产厂的技术检验部门负责检验验收,生产厂保证出厂产品都符合本标准的要求,并在包装物内附有产品合格证。

5.2 使用单位可按本标准的各项规定检验产品质量是否符合本标准要求。

5.3 检验用的试样应由每批产品中按5%10%在每盒的不同部位抽取,经充分混匀后以四分法缩至200g,分别装入两个试样瓶中,一瓶密封保存于干燥处以备仲载,一瓶供检验用。

5.4 检验结果中的任何一项不符合本标准的规定时,应重新从二倍的包装中抽取试样复验。重新检验结果仍有一项不合格时,则该批产品不能验收。

5.5 当使用单位对产品质量提出异议需仲裁时,仲裁机构由双方协商选定。仲裁时应按本标准规定的检验方法进行仲裁分析。

6包装、标志、运输及贮存

6.1 本产品用聚乙烯袋装好密封后纳入聚乙烯袋或盒中,每袋或盒净重1kg,亦可按用户要求增大或减小包装内的净重。

6.2 包装盒和外包装箱上应注明生产厂名、产品名称、批号及生产日期、净重、毛重。并在包装的明显部位标明食品添加剂字样。包装上应附有使用方法及贮存条件说明。

6.3 运输装卸时应轻放,车船须清洁、无毒、无味,防止雨淋、曝晒。严禁与有毒物品或其他有污染物质混合存放。

6.4 本产品应贮存于干燥、通风良好、无直接阳光曝晒的处所。注意包装密封性良好。避免贮存于高温环境。
